Shipping and refund policy:

❖ Diamonds sold in Jewellery articles can be exchanged at 100% Value after one year and 80% cash back on Diamonds any time.

❖ Diamond Jewellery will be exchanged against purchase of Diamond Jewellery only.

❖ Any order will be delivered in 8 working days across all over Pakistan.

❖ Diamond Polki Jewellery will be exchanged at 70% value of the Jewellery article against Diamond Polki Jewellery only.

❖ Solitaires will be returned or exchanged as per current market value.

❖ Purchase of gold, platinum and palladium will be at Net Weight and will be calculated at the present buying rate after deducting any value addition charges/stones etc.

❖ Jewellery for exchange or buyback must be in original condition. Any altered, damaged jewellery, diamonds, gemstones will not be considered for exchange or buyback.

❖ Customized Jewellery, Diamonds, and Stones procured on customer order, will not be considered for exchange/return. Company Reserves the right to reject purchase of such Jewellery after evaluation.

❖ Verification and Valuation of Jewellery for exchange/buyback may take up to 3 working days.

❖ Original invoice & certificate must be presented at the time of exchange or return.

❖ Delivery of order or advance claim must be made within 90 days of the order and advance date, after 90 days company will not be held liable in any case for any claim.

❖ Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

❖ All Govt Taxes will be applicable on the confirmation of the purchase.

❖ Any charges incurred by Faisal Jewellery on the Transactions including credit card charges will be deducted in case of buyback. The value for exchange/buyback will be net of VAT/Taxes amount paid earlier. In case the customer has opted for Tourist VAT/Taxes Refund at the time of exiting Pakistan, only the net value will be considered for exchange/buyback.

❖ It is the company’s sole discretion to reject or purchase any product after evaluation.

❖ Company reserves the rights to update the guidelines without any prior notice.
